Week 5 of training: Indoor Archery World Cup in Singapore

By 03/11/2012Archery

I’ve been training only at the 18m target, working hard every afternoon and evening /night on my shooting form. I’m adjusting a few small/big things here and there and I already seen some improvement in my shooting consistency.

I have now reached a point where I’m expecting every arrow to go in the yellow circle. Of course, it is not always like that, but if I concentrate on all the steps I have to go through before shooting my arrows, there’s no reason why this should not be so.

I already purchased my return plane ticket to Singapore (I’m flying AirAsia) and yesterday I payed the SIN$200 registration fee. I think it’s quite a lot, but then the first prize is $2.500 (I think US)! The only think left that I have to sort out is booking my accommodation (and making sure all my arrows go in the 10).

34 more days to go!
