The 400th article published on my writing portal

I started this writing portal in December 2009 and, as of October 2012, I have posted 400 articles, which reflect my interest in archery (and sports in general), travelling (mainly Thailand) and writing.

According to Google Analytics (for September this year), the site attracts between 250 and 500 unique visitors each day, with fewer readers at the weekend when people are at home and don’t turn on the Internet. Traffic peaks in the middle of the week and then gradually drops as people concentrate on finishing their work before the end of the week.

The majority of my readers are from Untied States, while the second and third places are held by Thailand closely followed by the United Kingdom. Most of the articles viewed from these three countries are the ones under the Travel label.

The average time spent on the blog is almost 3 minutes/visit, which is very good considering the fact that anything over 1:30min is pretty good. This is mostly due to the fact that my blog posts are quite long, counting up to at least 500 words each.

Below you can find a round up of the most popular articles of all time in each of the main categories that this website concentrates on. I hope there’s something here you might find interesting.
